Every 10 days, the meal plan will change and you will get to experience a new food choice or supplement regimen. This meal plan is a food elimination diet. It is a Paleo Diet. It is a Mediterranean Diet. You will not find a more sophisticated, and more researched diet system. The fitness plan is an at-home based system. There are times where added equipment will make the workout more effective. The suggested equipment is always portrayed on the side of the exercise plan. If there is an exercise you are not sure about, you can go to New-Start Solution group on Facebook, or you can ask Dr. Mozingo.

New-Start Solution is a group on Facebook that is open to those that are working to get their health back on track. It is a controlled forum for everyone to discuss what works and what does not. There are also Wholistic Doctors that provide free help to those in need. It is a community where everyone has the same goal.
